2. Data We Collect

The Company collects personal data exclusively from two sources:

  • Contact form (Netlify Forms): first name, surname, telephone number, email address, subject and message.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): anonymous statistical data relating to the use of the website, such as number of visits, session duration and pages viewed. This data does not identify the user.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data collected through the contact form is used solely for the purpose of communicating with the interested party in relation to their enquiry. Cookie data is used for the purpose of improving the content and user experience of the website.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of data is based on the consent of the user (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which is provided upon submission of the contact form and upon acceptance of cookies via the relevant banner.

5. Data Retention Period

Data collected through the contact form is retained for three (3) months from the date of submission, provided that no professional engagement is established. In the event that an engagement is established, data is retained for the period prescribed in each case by applicable tax or other legislation.

Cookie data is retained in accordance with the retention policies of Google Analytics.

6. Data Recipients

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, other than the following processors:

  • Netlify, Inc. — hosting of the website and operation of the contact form.
  • Google Ireland Limited — operation of the Google Analytics service.

7. Data Transfers outside the EU

The above providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
