The website provides information about the Company's accounting, tax and advisory services, as well as about the digital products it develops and offers. Its informational content is of a general nature only.

4. Digital Products and User Account
The website offers, or will offer, digital products (web applications). Their purchase and use are governed by the General Terms of Sale for Digital Products, the Withdrawal Policy and the End User Licence Agreement, which form an integral part of the contractual relationship and prevail over these terms with respect to sales.

Online sales through the website are addressed to consumers (B2C) exclusively within Greece and to businesses (B2B) established in Greece. No sales are made outside Greece.

The rights mandatorily granted to consumers by law remain unaffected.

Under Directive 2013/11/EU, as transposed into Greek law, certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies for consumer disputes are evaluated and listed at EU level. 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law and applicable European Union law.
For disputes with consumers, the competent courts are those designated by law, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of domicile. For disputes with businesses, the courts of Zakynthos shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and the invalid provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, by a valid provision with a similar effect.
These terms have been drafted in Greek and English. The Greek text is the original and prevails in the event of any discrepancy; the English text is a translation provided for the user’s convenience.
