Tax returns & advisory

Correct filing — and, before that, correct planning.

A tax return is the final step of a year of decisions. When those decisions were made well, filing is a procedure. When they were not, filing is simply the moment the cost becomes visible.

What it covers

  • Personal income tax returns and accompanying forms
  • Corporate income tax returns and supporting schedules
  • Property returns and related property tax matters
  • Periodic and annual VAT returns
  • Withholding taxes and related remittances
  • Taxation of rental income, including short-term rentals
  • Non-resident and foreign-owner cases with income or property in Greece
  • Representation and support during tax audits

Advice before filing

The substantive work happens before the year closes: choosing the right legal form, handling expenses so that they are deductible, timing income and investment, and examining which of the available regimes is most favourable in your case.

Every position we take is accompanied by its source — a statutory provision, a decision or a circular of the Greek tax authority. Where a question has no clear answer, we say so plainly and set out the risk attaching to each option.

For foreign owners and businesses

We regularly handle matters for non-resident individuals and foreign companies with activity or property in Greece: obtaining a Greek tax number, appointing a tax representative, lease declarations, and registry obligations. Correspondence is conducted in English where required.
