Business accounting

The day-to-day work that keeps your books correct and your obligations on time.

Bookkeeping is not the entry of invoices. It is the continuous assurance that what your books show agrees with what the tax authority's electronic records show, with what the bank shows, and with what actually happened in the business.

What it covers

  • Category B (single-entry) and Category C (double-entry) bookkeeping
  • Recording and verification of income and expense documents
  • myDATA transmission and classification, with regular myDATA reconciliation
  • Bank and cash balance reconciliation
  • Fixed asset and depreciation schedules
  • VAT returns and other periodic filings
  • Preparation of financial statements and year-end closing
  • Support during tax audits and requests for documentation

How we work

Each client has a named person responsible and a defined monthly schedule: when documents are sent, when the month closes, when reconciliation is performed. We do not chase paperwork on the last day of a deadline — we request it on a plan.

Discrepancies between the books and myDATA are identified and corrected during the year, not while preparing the annual return. That difference is what prevents unpleasant surprises at year end.

Who it is for

Sole traders and freelancers on single-entry books; general and limited partnerships, private companies (IKE), limited liability companies and public limited companies on double-entry books; and seasonal businesses — a reality that affects a large part of the market and demands particular attention to cash flow and obligations.
