Version 1.4 · Last updated: 18/10/2026
1. Supplier Details
The supplier is FINANCIAL SERVICES Ο.Ε. (General Partnership), 10 I. Plessa St., 29100 Zakynthos, Greece, VAT No. 802029709 (Zakynthos Tax Office), General Commercial Registry (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.) No. 168484324000, email financialserviceszth@gmail.com. Supervisory body for the professional activity: Economic Chamber of Greece (accountant-tax advisor licence No. 4681).
2. Scope
These terms govern every sale of digital products through financialserviceszakynthos.com and the /apps/ applications and, together with the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy, the Subscription Terms, the Terms of Use of each application (FSZ GEMI, FSZ KIMDIS, FSZ Diavgeia, FSZ Registry of Subsidised Bodies), the End User Licence Agreement and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
Consumer means any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession. Provisions specific to consumers do not apply to business-to-business transactions.
3. Geographic Restrictions
Consumers: sales are made only to consumers resident in Greece with a billing address in Greece.
Businesses: sales are made only to businesses established in Greece.
No sales are made to recipients outside Greece. Orders not meeting these conditions are rejected. If the billing address of the card is not in Greece, the subscription is cancelled automatically, the amount paid is refunded in full and no tax document is issued.
4. Products
The products offered are web applications, which are provided as digital services within the meaning of Greek Law 4967/2022 (implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770):
Web applications — access through an account, on a subscription or one-off basis, subject to the Subscription Terms. The applications are provided as digital services.
The descriptions, samples and images on each product page form part of these terms. The Company may change its product range, without affecting purchases already completed.
5. Technical Requirements and Compatibility
Use of the products requires an internet connection and a modern browser. Specific requirements are stated on each product page. The buyer must verify compatibility before purchasing.
6. Prices and VAT
Prices are stated in euro. For consumers, prices are final and inclusive of VAT. For businesses, prices are also shown exclusive of VAT. Consumers pay by card only and businesses pay by bank transfer; the prices for each payment method are shown on each product page and in the Subscription Terms.
The applicable VAT rate is set per product and displayed at checkout.
The Company reserves the right to change prices; the price in force is the one displayed at the time of the order.
7. Ordering Process
Selecting a product and proceeding to checkout.
Entering the required details and, for businesses, the VAT identification number.
Display of the total amount with a breakdown of net value and VAT, before payment.
Express acceptance of these terms and of the request to start the service in section 11, through separate checkboxes that are not pre-selected.
Payment. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of successful payment or, for a business paying by bank transfer, upon activation of the account after the transfer.
An order confirmation is sent to the buyer's email, providing the contract terms on a durable medium.
8. Payment
Card payments are made by debit or credit card through the certified payment service provider Stripe, in a secure environment. The Company does not receive or store card details. If the transaction is declined, the order is not completed. Consumers pay by card only. Businesses pay by bank transfer, on the activation and validity terms of the Subscription Terms.
9. Invoicing
A lawful tax document is issued for every sale, transmitted electronically to the Greek tax authority and sent to the buyer by email. For payments by bank transfer the document is issued after the amount is received. The buyer must provide accurate invoicing details; the Company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect details supplied by the buyer.
10. Delivery and Access
Delivery is exclusively digital. Following payment confirmation, the buyer obtains access to the application through their account, as a rule immediately and in any event without undue delay. Delivery or start of the service before the end of the withdrawal period takes place only after the request described in section 11.
In the event of a technical problem, the buyer should contact the Company and access will be restored at no additional charge.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days of conclusion of the contract, without giving a reason, on the terms of the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy. Withdrawal is exercised through the online function “Click here to withdraw” on the website or by any other clear statement.
Web applications (digital services): the service starts before the end of the withdrawal period only at the consumer’s express request. If the consumer withdraws after the service has started, they owe an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the Company is informed. Automatic subscription renewals continue the same contract and give no new right of withdrawal; a Plan upgrade is governed by the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy.
The request to start the service is given through a separate checkbox that is not pre-selected at checkout, is recorded and is repeated in the order confirmation email. Detailed terms, the procedure and a model withdrawal form are set out in the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy. Cancelling a subscription is different from withdrawing and is governed by the Subscription Terms.
12. Conformity of the Digital Services
The Company is liable for any lack of conformity of the digital service existing at the time of supply, in accordance with Law 4967/2022. In such a case the consumer is entitled to have conformity brought about, to a proportionate price reduction or to termination of the contract, under the conditions laid down by law.
For a service supplied in a single act, liability covers lack of conformity becoming apparent within two (2) years of supply. For continuous supply (subscription), liability lasts for the duration of the contract.
13. Currency of the Content
Products with tax, accounting or employment-law content reflect the legal framework as at their date of issue, which is stated on each product. Subsequent legislative changes do not constitute a lack of conformity. The update policy for each product is stated on its page.
14. Licence — Intellectual Property
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the content; it grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it, in accordance with the End User Licence Agreement.
15. Liability
The Company is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, from business or tax decisions taken without individualised professional advice, or from technical problems with the user's equipment. These limitations do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor do they affect consumers' mandatory statutory rights.
16. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution
Complaints may be submitted to financialserviceszth@gmail.com and are answered within ten (10) working days. In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU, consumers may find the competent certified Alternative Dispute Resolution body through the European Commission’s “Consumer Redress in the EU” portal, https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en, and contact that body directly, giving financialserviceszth@gmail.com as the Company’s contact address. Consumers may also refer the matter to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Greek law and European Union law apply. For disputes with consumers, the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of domicile is unaffected. For disputes with businesses, the courts of Zakynthos shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Capacity
Purchasing requires full legal capacity. Minors may not create an account or make purchases. Anyone acting on behalf of a business declares that they have authority to bind it.
19. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control, such as failures of networks, power or third-party providers (e.g. hosting or payments), cyber-attacks or acts of public authorities. Consumers’ mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
20. Severability
If any term is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in force and that term is replaced, as far as possible, by a valid term with a similar effect.
21. Language
These terms are drawn up in Greek and English. The Greek text is the original and prevails in case of discrepancy; the English text is a translation for the user’s convenience.
