Subscription Terms
Web applications — financialserviceszakynthos.com and /apps/
NOM-SHOP-04 · Version 1.6 · Last updated: 18/10/2026
1. Scope
These Subscription Terms apply to every paid subscription to the web applications of FINANCIAL SERVICES Ο.Ε. (the “Company”), including FSZ ΓΕΜΗ, FSZ ΚΗΜΔΗΣ, FSZ Διαύγεια, FSZ Registry of Subsidised Bodies and any other application added under /apps/ on financialserviceszakynthos.com (the “Application”). Company details: FINANCIAL SERVICES Ο.Ε., 10 I. Plessa St., 29100 Zakynthos, Greece, VAT/Tax No. 802029709, GEMI No. 168484324000, financialserviceszth@gmail.com.
They supplement the General Terms of Sale, the Terms of Use of each Application, the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail on pricing, renewal and cancellation; the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy prevails on the right of withdrawal.
Subscriber means the consumer or business that enters into a subscription. Consumer means a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Plans, prices and limits
The FSZ KIMDIS and FSZ GEMI applications are offered in Plans (FREE, BASIC, STANDARD, PREMIUM) with different limits and features. The FSZ Diavgeia and FSZ Registry of Subsidised Bodies applications are free; their features follow the highest Plan the user holds in KIMDIS or GEMI. The current description, price and billing cycle of each Plan appear on the product page and at order stage, before payment. The subscription is governed by the terms in force when it was concluded.
| Plan (KIMDIS and GEMI) | Consumers — monthly subscription by card (Stripe) | Businesses — monthly subscription by bank transfer | Charging unit |
| FREE | Free | Free | — |
| BASIC | €10 | €40 | KIMDIS: per body seat; GEMI: per account |
| STANDARD | €20 | €80 | as above |
| PREMIUM | €50 | €200 | as above |
The limits of each Plan per application are shown on the product page. Prices include VAT. Consumers pay by card only (card prices); businesses pay by bank transfer (bank transfer prices), in accordance with section 11.
In KIMDIS the Subscriber chooses at order the number of bodies (from 1 to 50) and pays per body seat, regardless of how many bodies are actually declared. The number of seats is the declaration limit. A reduction in the number of seats takes effect from the next billing period; bodies already declared are not deleted, but new declarations above the limit are not allowed. In GEMI the price is a fixed amount per account.
3. Entering into the subscription
The subscription is concluded when the Subscriber completes the order and the Company confirms successful payment. Before payment the following are shown clearly: the Plan, the price including VAT, the billing cycle, the minimum term (if any), that the subscription renews automatically, and how to cancel. The order button states expressly that it entails an obligation to pay (e.g. “Order with obligation to pay”).
A consumer chooses separately, by an unticked box, whether to request immediate start of the service, as provided in section 4.2 of the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy. The Company sends a confirmation email with the subscription details and a copy of these Terms on a durable medium.
4. Term and automatic renewal
The subscription is monthly and, when paid by card, renews automatically for the same period, at the price applicable at renewal, until cancelled. There is no minimum commitment term. Bank transfer payment is available to businesses only and carries no automatic renewal: the account is valid for 30 days from activation and continuing requires a new transfer.
Automatic renewal is stated expressly at order and the Subscriber accepts it expressly before payment.
The Company emails the Subscriber seven (7) days before each renewal, stating the price and how to cancel.
Renewal continues the same contract and gives no new right of withdrawal (Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy, section 6).
5. Billing and payment
Payment is made at the start of each period, by card through the payment provider Stripe (consumers) or, for businesses, by bank transfer at the price shown for that method. For bank transfers, the account is activated within three (3) working days of the transfer and is valid for 30 days. The Company does not receive or store card details.
A fiscal document is issued for each charge and sent electronically to the Subscriber’s email. For bank transfer payments the document is issued after the amount is received.
If a payment fails, the Company notifies the Subscriber and retries up to three (3) times within seven (7) days. Access is kept during this period. If payment is not completed within seven (7) days of the first failure, the account returns to the free Plan. Data are not deleted because of the failed payment.
Bank or other charges of the Subscriber’s card issuer are not borne by the Company.
6. Change of Plan and change of price
6.1 Upgrade and downgrade
An upgrade applies immediately and the Subscriber is charged the price difference for the rest of the period pro rata for the days remaining. For consumers, section 4.6 of the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy applies. A downgrade applies from the next billing period and no refund is given for the current one.
6.2 Change of price or material term
The Company may change prices, limits or features of Plans for future periods. It notifies active Subscribers by email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. If the change is unfavourable to the Subscriber, they may cancel before it takes effect, free of charge, and continue on the previous terms until the end of the paid period. Continuing the subscription after the effective date counts as acceptance. Prices never change within an already paid period.
7. Cancellation by the Subscriber
The Subscriber may cancel at any time, without penalty and without giving reasons, from the “Subscription” section in the side bar or from the account Settings or by email to financialserviceszth@gmail.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The Application remains available until then and no further charges are made.
The Company confirms the cancellation by email.
No refund is given for the period already started, except for withdrawal within the deadline, lack of conformity, or as provided in the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy.
8. Suspension, termination and data
The Company may suspend or terminate the subscription for material breach of the Terms of Use, abuse or non-payment, after notifying the Subscriber and, where feasible, allowing a reasonable period to remedy. If termination is not due to the Subscriber’s fault, the price for the unused period is refunded. After expiry or cancellation the Subscriber may export their account data for thirty (30) days. The data are then deleted or anonymised in line with the Privacy Policy.
9. Withdrawal and refunds
A consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from conclusion of the contract, on the terms of the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy, including the proportionate amount for a service started on express request and the online function “Click here to withdraw”. Cancellation under section 7 does not replace withdrawal. Refunds are made by the original payment method. A full refund cancels the subscription immediately and the account returns to the free Plan. Specific refund cases are described in the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy.
10. Free Plan and trial
The free Plan and the free applications (FSZ Diavgeia, FSZ Registry of Subsidised Bodies) are provided “as is”, without commitment to availability, and may be changed or discontinued on reasonable notice. The free Plan may be used without a time limit and without a card.
Trial period. A seven (7)-day trial of the PREMIUM Plan is offered in two forms: (a) without a card, for new registrations; at the end the account automatically returns to the free Plan and nothing is owed; (b) with a card (Stripe); nothing is charged during the trial and the first charge of the PREMIUM Plan is made automatically after the seven (7) days, unless the Subscriber cancels before the trial ends.
The trial with a card is available once per card and per email address. Anyone who has used the trial without a card is not entitled to the trial with a card. In both forms the KIMDIS limit is one (1) body.
Before registration for a trial with a card is completed, the Subscriber is clearly shown that a charge will follow, the amount and date of the first charge and how to cancel, and expressly accepts them. The Company sends a reminder email two (2) days before the first charge, stating the amount and how to cancel. Cancelling before the trial ends incurs no charge. For the consumer’s right of withdrawal, section 4.5 of the Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy applies.
11. Businesses
Sales to businesses are made only to businesses established in Greece, which declare their tax identification number (VAT No.) at order. Businesses pay by bank transfer, processed manually and outside the payment provider Stripe, at the bank transfer prices. VAT is applied under Greek tax law. No consumer right of withdrawal applies. A business Subscriber is responsible for use of the Application by its users and, where it processes third-party personal data through the Application, a data processing agreement (DPA) is concluded. The DPA applies to each Application (template NOM-SHOP-08).
Cancellation for businesses works as in section 7. If the Company terminates the subscription without fault on the part of the business, the price for the unused period is refunded.
12. Amendments, governing law, contact
These Terms may be amended; material changes affecting active subscriptions are notified by email a reasonable time before taking effect and section 6.2 applies. Greek law and European Union law apply, without depriving the consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions. For disputes with businesses the courts of Zakynthos have exclusive jurisdiction. Against a consumer the provisions of the law apply, without exclusivity. Out-of-court dispute resolution is as set out in the General Terms of Sale.
